My wife Nancy and I knew Nancy and Charley thru our membership in Legatus.

The four of us had many enjoyable dinners together. I enjoyed hearing all going on in Nancy and Charley's life. I was always very impressed with there ability to handle any kind of problem

The two of them had a long drive to be at the Legatus meetings. The drive to not keep them from being very regular attendees.

Nancy and I do miss being with Nancy and Charley. Hope Nancy will be able to attend some meetings in the future. I will include Charley in my prayers.  Sincerely Nancy and Buzz Grote 

My deeped condolences on the passing of Mr. Irace. I am a parishoner of Saint Thomas and Charlie befriended me on the golf course a few years ago. He and I worked in Chemicals over many of the same years. After golf he invited me to share a beverage and we also discovered we also shared love for family and our Faith. He gave me some very good advice then and I always would look for him to say hello at Church. Been wondering lately and discovered he had passed on to his reward. Iraces...so sorry for your loss. I have many fond memories of your dad/husband from when we were growing up to when I enjoyed his company on the golf course as an adult. He was always generous with a smile and his friendship. I remember the "Irace Fab Four"  playing in your living room on Fairview Street which still makes me smile today.  My thoughts are with you through this difficult time and he and you all will always be a positive memory in my life.  Wishing you peace...

Charlie's smile, laughter and love for life lit up a room.  Heartfelt condolences to Nancy and family.  He will be missed by all who knew and loved him. 



We know Charlie will be missed by all who knew him. Our sympathy is sent to his family for he and Nancy had a very long love story.  He was a character in our group, full of stories and lots of laughter.   He was always ready for tennis, golf, a restuarant and church.  We were blessed to know him.
