Our community sadly lost an important member on 05/18/2023. Dolores Menendez, a Tampa, FL native, was the City Attorney of Cape Coral. She was passionate, dedicated, an animal lover and a loving mother to her only daughter. She will be sorely missed. Dolores was predeceased by her mother Eleanor Menendez and father Luciano Menendez. She is survived by her daughter Laura Menendez. Funeral arrangement will be held in Tampa, Florida. A Memorial service in Cape Coral is also being planned and will be announced later this week.
