Born on April 26, 1933, in Mount Pleasant, New York, Dolores was the cherished daughter of the late Gaetano and Rose (Secundini) Rizzo. Her vibrant spirit and infectious energy made her the heart of every gathering—truly the life of the party. Dolores had a gift for bringing joy to those around her, and her laughter and warmth will be deeply missed.
Family was the cornerstone of Dolores’s life. She poured her love into every moment spent with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, creating memories that will be treasured for generations. Her home was always filled with the comforting aroma of her cooking, the sounds of music, and the sparkle of her artistic touch.
Dolores found joy in the simple pleasures—playing BINGO with friends, experimenting in the kitchen, and expressing herself through music and art. Her creativity knew no bounds, and her passion for life was evident in everything she did.
She leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and resilience. Dolores’s spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Peter J. Pinette; her son, Gary Pinette and three siblings, Rose Halton, Frances McPherson and Donald Rizzo.
Dolores is survived by her two loving children, Peter Pinette and his wife, Tracey and Karen Skinner and her husband, William; daughter-in-law, Sharon Pinette; one sister, Violet Leone; six grandchildren, Shary, Gary, Lauren, Ryan, Dana and John; eight great grandchildren, Caroline, Hallie, Olivia, Evelyn, Charlie, Madelyn, Luke and Trey; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members and friends.
