Elaine was born February 2, 1947 in Glen Cove, NY.
She is survived by husband John and sons John Campbell of New York and Corey Campbell of Florida and brothers Stefan Sekelsky and Wendell Sekelsky of New York.
Elaine retired from the City of Cape Coral, FL.
A memorial service is scheduled for Tuesday, January 14th at 5pm in the Chapel at the Hope Hospice House at 2430 Diplomat Pkwy E., Cape Coral FL 33909.
