Helen Arnold, 71, a resident of Cape Coral, Florida, passed away peacefully at her residence on Thursday, October 29, 2026. She was born on May 22, 1955, in Burbank, California, to the late Paul and Alice Dolan.
Helen was a determined woman who believed in hard work, standing her ground, and doing things her own way. Known for her strong work ethic and independent nature, she lived life on her own terms.
Helen enjoyed sunshine, spending time at the beach, and being near the ocean. She also enjoyed entertaining and bringing people together. Her determination and strong will were defining parts of who she was.
Helen is survived by her two daughters, Patricia Nazzal and Christine Kenney; two sisters, Janet Veirs and Nancy Hoffman; five grandchildren, Audriana, Dylan, Angelina, Jackson, and Tanner; one great-grandson, Adonis; as well as extended family members and friends.
Services will be held at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Silver Spring, Maryland
