Mr. Herb was a good friend and community advocate for the Catonsville, Md. community namely the Banneker Community Center. He mentored, nurtured and fought for justices for many in the community. His longtime friend and advocate Nancy Stanton stood shoulder to shoulder for many issues from Headstart, Community Action policies to voter registration. He will be sorely missed. We at the Banneker Community Center would like to express our sincere condolences to his family and are keeping you in our prayers. God Bless.
