James “JR” Lomonaco, Jr., 74 of Cape Coral, FL passed away on June 21, 2014 at his home. He was born on April 24, 1940 in Newark, NJ to James and Lena Dellutri Lomonaco. He moved to Cape Coral 21 years ago from Hillside, NJ. He was a member of St. Andrew Catholic Church. He enjoyed playing golf and bowling.
Survivors include his brother, Carmine Lomonaco of Cape Coral; nieces and nephews, Terri, Rick, Ron, Vicki, Doug, Samantha, Colby, Haliana and Braeden. He is preceded in death by his wife, Rose Marie in 2001 and sister in law, Marlene Joan Lomonaco in 2010.
Visitation will be from 2-4pm and 6-8pm on Wednesday at Coral Ridge Funeral Home, 1630 Pine Island Rd., Cape Coral. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:30am on Thursday at St. Andrew Catholic Church, 2628 Del Prado Blvd., Cape Coral. Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
