Janet left her earthly bonds and leaves behind to cherish her memory, her loving husband Russell, brother Vern Summers, sister June Klein, five daughters, two sons, 23 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Janet worked for many years as an Executive Housekeeper and was retired from the Lee County School District as a Building Supervisor. She was an avid camper, loved bowling and her favorite vacation was times spent cruising with her family and friends. Arrangements made by Coral Ridge Funeral Home.
