John "Jack" D Kaufmann

John (Jack) D. Kaufmann, age 80, of Southfield, Michigan (Cape Coral, Florida) passed away January 23, 2023, peacefully in his sleep. He was born in Detroit, Michigan on October 14, 1942 to Raymond Kaufmann and Frieda (Grunow) Kaufmann. Jack graduated from Cody High School in Detroit Michigan in 1960. He was preceded in death by his wife of 48 years, Joan Kaufmann, married on December 22, 1973. Jack was also preceded in death by his only son, John A Kaufmann of Detroit, Michigan, and his parents and 2 brothers. He is survived by his children, Renee Kinsman, Rhonda (Scott Moser); and daughter-law, Jennifer Kaufmann. His grandchildren, Ashley Miller, Jake Moser, Zachary (Eva) Moser and Samantha Moser. Jack has 1 great- grandchild, Isabella Moser. He has 3 brothers and many nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will take place in Michigan at a later date.
