Josephine Casabene

(July 26, 1927-Dec 15, 2021, Age 94)

Her priorities were always the health and happiness of her loved ones, and what made her happiest was to express this love through the amazing meals that she prepared; everyone was always welcome at her table.

Josephine is preceded in death by her parents, Antonino and Teresa Gattuso, her brothers Vincenzo Gattuso, Joseph (Maria) Gattuso, sister Maria (John) LaFerlita, her beautiful infant child Teresa and her loving husband Frank.

She is survived and will be greatly missed by her children Anita, Catherine, Sal, Terre (John), Linda (Jeff) and her grandchildren Richard Romano (Brianne), Catherine Romano-Griffin (Sean), Michael James (Jacqueline) and Andrew Casabene (Emily) as well as her great-grandchildren: Quinn and Nick St. Amour, Dylan James (Sophia) and Jacob Romano. She was truly blessed to experience the recent birth of her great-grandchild Levi Parker Casabene, and she was looking forward to the upcoming birth of her great-great grandchild Josiah James.
