Kathy loved crocheting and other crafts. She was predeceased by her parents and brother Paul Mangum.
She is survived by her daughter Charlotte Williams, granddaughters Michelle (Mike) Long, Ashley (Ryan) Davis, and Amber Williams, great-grandson Noah Davis, brothers Howard (Kate) Mangum and Walt (April) Mangum, and sister Deborah Ruppert.
A viewing will be held from 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM with services immediately following on Saturday, February 3, 2018, at Coral Ridge Funeral Home and Cemetery, 1630 SW Pine Island Road, Cape Coral, FL 33991.
