

Lisa was born in Detroit, Michigan on November 30th, 1961 and later moved to Hollywood, Florida in 1973 with her family. She graduated from Madonna Academy in 1979, and later went on to attain her Bachelor of Arts degree in English and then a Masters degree in English from the University of Florida.
Lisa was an adjunct professor at the Broward Community College for over 20 years. She loved mentoring and interacting with all of her students. Her career expanded to the Art Institute of Miami where she teleworked and entered students into school curricular programs. Recently she worked for Post University in Waterbury, Connecticut where she teleworked as a student success advisor of first year experience. She was loved and respected by all her friends and colleagues.
Lisa was an avid animal lover. She adored her pet rabbit Allistair, and she would feed ducks and squirrels on a daily basis at her residence. She also loved horses and would watch the Preakness Stakes, Belmont Stakes, and the Kentucky Derby on a regular basis.
Lisa was also a devout Catholic and was a long standing parishioner at the Community Christian Church of Tamarac.
She will be greatly missed by her brother Brent Biagi, sister in law Mariella Biagi, and nephews Nicholas and Andrew Biagi. She will also be missed by her many cousins, other family members, and her friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday September 5th, 2024 from 12:00 P.M to 3:00 P.M., followed by a graveside service.
