Born August 5, 1932 in Wauchula, FL, Lois was the owner/operator of J&W Produce in N Ft Myers, and retired as a Culinary Arts teacher at Lee County High Tech Central. She was a Life Member of the VFW serving as President of the Ladies Auxiliary at Post #10127 and was a member of Bowlers Hall of Fame in Lee County.
Lois is survived by 2 children, Marie Wright and Raymond Jones; 4 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild. She is preceded in death by her husband, Steve (who retired from Lee County School maintenance), after 28 years of marriage.
A visitation will be held at Coral Ridge Funeral Home and Cemetery on Wednesday, May 21st between 5 – 7pm with a funeral service on Thursday, May 22nd at 1pm with burial to follow.
