Lori, as she is known by family and friends, was born on November 18, 1930 in Huntington, NY to Italian immigrants Emilia and Gaetano DeDora.
Lori is preceded in death by her loving husband, Rosalino Charles Spatafora, her three sisters, Josephine Rocco, Annette Lapreziosa, Clare Smocer, and her five brothers Alexander, Philip, Dominick, Johnny and Alexander (Sammy) DeDora.
For many years Lori worked alongside her husband at their Italian restaurant, Rosalino’s. She then found enjoyment helping other seniors at the Senior Friendship Center. In her retirement, she enjoyed her home in Cape Coral and a supportive and loving community in her neighbors. She leaves a gift of memories to all the lives she touched and will live within the hearts of her family and friends.
Lori is survived by her five daughters and their spouses, Lori-Ann Koronowski, Rosalind Sheron (Ted), Regina Lanzilotta (Jim), Maria Haan (Michael), Linda Spatafora and her grandchildren, Russell, Teddy, Charles, Alicia, Michael, Diane, Bryan, Melissa, Bradley, Laura, Ryan, Justin and ten cherished great grandchildren.
The family is receiving guests from 3:00 to 7:00 PM at the Coral Ridge Funeral Home and Cemetery, 950 Chiquita Blvd. Cape Coral on Thursday, June 25, 2020. The chapel will be set up for social distancing, face masks are appropriate. Funeral Services will be held on Friday June 26, 2020 at 11:00 AM from the chapel of Coral Ridge Funeral Home. Entombment to follow at Coral Ridge Cemetery.
