Rebecca Janette Blasi

Rebecca Janette Blasi, better known simply as "Becky" to her family and friends, who was a longtime resident of Cape Coral, Florida passed away suddenly, but peacefully, on Tuesday, May 20, 2025. She was 78 years old. She was retired from Lee Memorial Hospital. She loved to spend time with her family and friends.

Becky leaves behind to cherish her memory, a daughter, Karen Sanford; son, Raymond Blasi Jr; brother, Steve Brookman; grandchildren, James Sanford III, Justin Lilie, Ashley Davids, Katlyn Lance and Stevie Brookman; great grandchildren, Riley Lilie, Leanna Sanford, Anthony Davids, Kimberly Davids, Christopher Lance, Mason Lilie, Dylan Lilie, Elise Blasi, Jessica Gossett, Raymond Blasi, and Kalyjah Lance; many cousins and so many friends.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Euris Sities and father, Roy Brookman; husband, Raymond Blasi; daughter, Kimberly Blasi; granddaughter, Kelli Kennedy.

A Funeral Service for Rebecca will be celebrated at 3:00 PM on Thursday, May 29, 2025 inside the Remembrance Events Center at Coral Ridge Funeral Home, 950 Chiquita Boulevard S, Cape Coral, Florida 33991, (239) 283-0540. Friends are invited to gather for a half-hour in advance of this ceremony beginning at 2:30 PM also inside the funeral home chapel.
