He is survived by his wife and best friend Louise (Leuchte). He was the beloved father of Patricia Cavanaugh and husband David of Mansfield MA, Michele McGillvray and husband Dennis of Quincy MA, Sharene Orgel and husband Sean of Holbrook MA, David McKenna and wife Allison of Wolcott Conn., Troy Hebb and wife Susan of Halifax MA. Survived by his brother Richard of Tampa FL, a niece and nephew and 9 grandchildren. Robert retired from the Boston Gas/Keyspan company. He attended Norwich and Boston University, served in the U.S. Army and was past Exalted Ruler of the Randolph Lodge of Elks BPOE #2130. He was an avid fan of the New England Patriots, enjoyed Drum and Bugle Corps and Nascar racing.
