Rose Maria Saracino, nee Carrera, 81, passed away on February 26, 2014 in Cape Coral, Fl. Formerly of Hicksville, N.Y., beloved wife of Gabriel Saracino, daughter of Paul and Cristina Carrera. Together Rose and her husband had 2 children, Christina (Peter) Froehlich, and Anthony (Terri) Saracino. She leaves behind also 6 grandchildren, Kristen, Alyssa, Leeanne, Jennifer, Anthony and Gina. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday March 1, 2014 at 10:00 AM at St. Katharine Drexel Church. Entombment to follow at Coral Ridge Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday (Today) from 6:00 – 9:00 PM at Coral Ridge Funeral Home, 1630 SW Pine Island Rd. Cape Coral.
