She is survived by her three daughters, Rita Boots, Denise Waters, and Sarah Baggett. She is also survived by one son Dennis Waters Jr. and one brother John Brazell. She leaves behind a large extended family including numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren whom she dearly loved.
She was preceded in death by her parents Robert Brazell Sr. and Doraslea Hunter Brazell; her husband, Dennis Waters Sr. and two brothers, Robert Brazell Jr. and Richard Brazell.
Roseann was a Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) for 20 years and was passionate about the care of others.
She was originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and was an avid Steelers fan.
A visitation will be held at Coral Ridge Funeral Home, 950 Chiquita Blvd. S, Cape Coral, FL 33991, on October 24th from 10 to 12pm with the funeral service to follow. The entombment will take place at Coral Ridge Cemetery at 12:30pm.
