Hi am so saddened to hear of Ruth's passing. I moved her into her IL apartment at GCV and got to really know her. She was a gem and had a few too! She often would ask about what to do with some of her jewelry pieces, and asked for help putting some on.  We had many laughs. I and everyone else always looked forward to her making her Christmas toffee.  Please know my heart and prayers are with you all at this time. ❤🙏

So sorry to hear about Ruth, just read it online as we are in Yellowstone right now. She was always one of my favorites.

There are no words that can take away the loss we feel, Mom, as  we mourn your passing from this life.  While sadness consumes us now, we also have joy in knowing that you rest peacefully with God after a life admirably lived.
You were so well-named for Ruth in the Bible.  You demonstrated similar unwavering loyalty and devotion towards family and friends all the days of your life .  You lived your Faith, and that is not only one of the things that we most admire about you but is also giving us great comfort now because we truly believe you are receiving your Eternal Reward.  You were guided by these principles:  “I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me, I was naked and you gave me clothing, I was sick and you took care of me.”  We could not have picked a more perfect mother or had a more devoted wife of fifty-one years for our father.    
You have earned a rest and your Heavenly reward.  We love you, we miss you, and we always will.
