Ryan Christopher Anderson

Ryan Christopher Hunt Anderson was born on September 29th, 1984, in Newport News, VA and sadly passed away on June 21st, 2021. He graduated from Woodside High School in Newport News, VA before moving to Tampa, FL where he graduated from the University of South Florida.

Following his graduation in 2007, Ryan and his family settled in Cape Coral, FL. He was a devoted family man and extremely active in his children’s lives. He had a tremendous heart and an undying passion for sports and mentoring. Often known to the community as Coach Ryan, he challenged, taught, and inspired so many throughout his years of coaching for youth and high school football organizations, most recently CCJFA and North Fort Myers High School. In addition to coaching, he was an active parent on any sports teams his children participated in.

He will forever be remembered and truly missed by all that knew him.

He was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth (Kenny) W. Hunt; Grandparents, Flossie Bland Hunt, Charles (Andy) and Pauline Anderson.

He is survived by his 3 sons, Micah, Cameron, and Roman; Wife, Vanessa Anderson; Parents, Dianne Deloatch (James); Siblings, Dylan Deloatch (Lisa); Grandfather, George W. Hunt, Sr. (Pauline); Many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Loved by Austin Walton (Janna); Remembered by a magnitude of friends, colleagues, students, athletes, and coaches.

A private funeral and burial service will be held for Ryan; however, the family will be receiving friends to honor Ryan’s life during a vigil at the CCJFA field, 610 Del Prado Blvd, Cape Coral, FL 33909, on Friday, July 9th at 8pm.
