

Sebastian Miguel Guzman, 22, of Cape Coral, Florida, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on March 10, 2026, in St. Petersburg, Florida. Born on October 27, 2003, in Kankakee, Illinois, Sebastian brought joy, humor, and a kind spirit to everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.
Sebastian had a deep passion for Formula 1 racing, always keeping up with the latest races and cheering on his favorite drivers. He was an avid gamer who loved the challenge, creativity, and community that gaming offered. He loved the Star Wars franchise as evidenced by his collection of Star Wars memorabilia. Marvel movies were another of his great loves—he rarely missed a premiere and could talk for hours about his favorite heroes. His heart was especially soft for animals, and he was known for his kindness toward every pet he met.
In Cape Coral, Sebastian worked at Walk-On’s, where he was appreciated for his hard work, friendly nature, and the positive energy he brought to his team and guests.
Sebastian’s life, though far too short, was filled with enthusiasm, curiosity, and love. He will be remembered for his sweet smile and generous heart.
He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, coworkers, and all who knew him. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Francisco and Maria (Alvarado) Guzman and maternal grandfather, Clifford Hunte Jr.
Sebastian is survived by his loving mother, Angela Urbina; loving father, Jorge Guzman; one sister, Melanie Carter and her husband, Kerry and one brother, Jorge Guzman; maternal grandmother, Candace Hunte; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He also leaves behind his beloved feline companion, Athena.
