light

amidst feigned simplicity and overt duplicity,
my gaze is transfixed by an insoluble glimmer:
of shallow pretense but chasmic intent,
it wriggles a bite of delectable earth
and invites me to dine this enchanting evening
in a valley tucked beneath the folds of a breast
whose candid flames and truth-seeking vapors assuage my fears
of an otherwise harrowing landscape;
tinge of reticent starlight, howling of empty stomach
let the neon moon toast my flesh and sate my hunger
for i’ve spent too many days aimlessly trodding sodden chambers in malicious mansions
so no matter how arduous proves nocturne’s descent
a trek it is for which i shall be eternally grateful

We met when are boys were in elementary school . I remember your 40th birthday party , but I bet Sean doesn’t ! Lol so funny . And When we stayed in the motor home at the casino .And the time we went To LA for the Ellen Show and had chocolate martinis . And when we went to Washington State to visit . And all the Bunco nights . When Sean dropped the turkey on the floor . I’m so sorry your gone . I love you !
