

He is preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Adolph and a brother, Dennis Barnes (Nell). Mr. Barnes served his country by enlisting in the US Army.
He is survived by his brother, Yancy Barnes (Peggy); daughter, Catherine Lighthall; son, Thomas S. Barnes; son, James A. (Lisa) Barnes; daughter, Ann Marie Barnes; step-daughters, Priscilla Adolph, Robin (John) Diebold, & Jennifer (John) Stelmack; grandchildren, Robert (Carrie) Ward Jr, Jack (Valerie) Lighthall, Carl (Michelle) Lighthall Jr, Natasha Barnes, Thomas Barnes II (Trisha), Amanda (Chad) Hutchins, Daniel Barnes, Heidi (Mark) Wilcox, and Rachael (Marco) Pozo; great grandchildren: David (Kimberly) Clark; Kara & Macsen Ward; Hailee & Hudson Lighthall; Ethan & Dalton Stirling; Morgan Premo; Ranson & Skylar Smith; Caleb, Hayden, Christian, Faith, & Colton Hutchins; Ari & Thomas Barnes III; Daniel Barnes Jr; Mark Jr & Aurora Wilcox; Parker, Adalynn & Alaina Pozo; and great-great grandchildren, Madilynn, Ariana, & Natalie Clark; Mekhi Premo.
