Mr. Harrell was a graduate of the University of Georgia School of Pharmacy. He moved to the local area 42 years ago.
Mr. Harrell worked for many years as a Pharmacist. His enjoyments include boating, diving, swimming, shooting, and his many various hobbies.
Survivors include his wife of 40 years, Vicki Jo Harrell; children, Thomas J. Harrell, John Clinton Harrell, Robin Hunter, Holly Ann Moore; stepchildren, Michelle Cathon, Michael Thompson, Melody Thompson; and nine grandchildren.
