Todd was a man of steadfast character, exceptional leadership, and deep loyalty. For 20 years, he dedicated his career to Waste Management, serving as the Senior District Manager for Charlotte County. To Todd, his colleagues were far more than coworkers—his work was truly his extended family. Outside of his professional life, he found his greatest peace and joy spending time at his beloved cabin in North Georgia, finding comfort and creating cherished memories in the quiet beauty of the mountains.
Above all else, Todd’s ultimate legacy was his family. He was a deeply loving husband to his wife, Stacy, and a proud, supportive father to his daughters, Noelani and Madelynne, and his son, Christopher. He was also the world's proudest grandfather, absolutely adoring his grandchildren, Taylor, Ryan, Mason, Maylee, and Mya, who brought immense light and happiness to his life. Todd poured his heart into providing for those he loved, teaching by example what it meant to be reliable, kind, and hardworking.
He is survived by his loving wife, Stacy; his children, Noelani, Madelynne, and Christopher; his five grandchildren; and his many friends, loved ones, and extended community at Waste Management.
A memorial service to honor and celebrate Todd's life will be held on Saturday, November 7, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Burnt Store Presbyterian Church, located at 11330 Burnt Store Rd, Punta Gorda, FL 33955. Family, friends, and colleagues are all welcome to attend and share in remembering a remarkable man.
