Vernii was a true and loyal friend and neighbor.  A loving mother she was to her two daughters; and a faithful partner to Wellie.  We shared a lot, conversations, humor, food, gifts, friendship, she loved and care for my children just as she did hers.  God has called his daughter Home.  Whip not, for she is in His comforting arms, in His graces.  She will hurt no more.  The pain she endured is over.  Her eternal life has begun, and she will reside in her Father's house; where she will sing and dance with the Angels.  She is singing songs of Praise and Glory.   She is looking down, watching over us, as she intercede on our behalf. 

May her soul Rest in Peace.

When tomorrow starts without you, and you're not here to see,
that the sun would rise and find my eyes all filled with tears for you,
I  wished so much  l wouldn't cry, 
the way I did today.
While I was thinking of the many things you never got to say.
I know how much you love me my friend, as much as I love you,
Each time that l think of you, and the friendship that we shared.
I know l'll still miss you too but most of all your tender loving ways.

The Past Students Association of Grange Hill High School sends its condolences to the family of Vernica Rolle, affectionately referred to as Madame P.  We cherished her wisdom, insight and compassion for all. Her former teachers argued that her leadership qualities which  later blossomed into a major component of her skill set as a leader were evident from school days.  she held a number of students' leader positions. 

As a vibrant and engaging member of the past students association, Vernica was able to galvanize her batch of 91 to significantly contribute to our signature yearly project; Christmas Day Dinner, Care Packages distribution and Children treat for 500 persons in and around the community of Grange Hill. Another activity that brought out the warmth of her heart and infectious smile of her personality, was the handing over of items to the infirmary in Savanna-la-Mar, Westmoreland.

Madame P  family, as we  mourn with you during this difficult time, please take comfort in knowing that we appreciate the fact that you allowed her to be shared with us. We were able to experience her organizational and interpersonal capabilities, respect for all, strong sense of responsibility and dedication, coupled with maybe her greatest attribute   love and compassion for humanity .

May her precious soul rest in peace 🙏

Neita my cuz, I treasure the long talks we  had often on my way from work. You were my faithful companion, we chatted and laughed for hours. When you became sick I was shocked as you never sounded or looked sick.  Even when you were in the hospital you would be cracking us up with your jokes. When I did my surgery you were among the first to call me, even though you were in severe pain, showing the loving and caring nature of you. 
Rest In Peace my sweet cousin. God needed an Angel, you were his best pick. Spread your wings high, far and wide.
