Viola T. Wallace Dickman

Vi was born June 14th, 1942, in Belfast, Northern Ireland, the daughter of Ross and Irene (Graham) Wallace; she immigrated to the United States in 1956. On December 10, 1960 she was married to John C. Dickman in Sandusky, Ohio; they remained in the area, working and raising their family, until 2004, when they relocated to Cape Coral.

Vi was a loving wife, devoted mother and caring friend; she is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, John C. Dickman; sister Patricia (Willie) Scholler of Columbus, OH; brothers Bob (Christine) Coles of Hamilton, New Zealand and Ian (Sunday) Wallace of Milan, OH; daughters Machelle (Mike) Sandlin of Cape Coral and Denise Dickman of Cape Coral; son John R. (Kelly) Dickman of Cape Coral; 8 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Vi was predeceased by her brother Edmund Wallace in 1981, her mother Irene in 1985 and her father Ross in 1989.

A service will be held at Coral Ridge Funeral Home and Cemetery, 1630 SW Pine Island Rd., Cape Coral, FL, on Monday March 18th, 2013 at 1:00 PM, with her entombment on premises immediately following.
