Born on March 19, 1945, in Perry, FL, Wayne will always be remembered for his great sense of humor and his love for his job in law enforcement. He is survived by his two sons, Travis M. Robinson (Stephanie) and Cody A. Robinson.
Wayne served in the US Army and after an honorable discharge he moved to Cape Coral, FL and worked as a carpenter until he was hired by the Lee County Sheriffs Office. Wayne was a dedicated officer and received numerous awards and honors during his time. After retirement he enjoyed his group of friends who lunched out at least once a week.
May the man who loved hunting, fishing, being a loyal friend and more than anything, the man who loved his two sons beyond words enjoy his peace. Hopefully there is a get together with all of his friends who will welcome him with open arms. Here's to the cowboy who will always be remembered with love.
