Bill grew up in South St. Paul, MN and graduated from there. He was married to his beloved Teresa on October 10, 1991. They had two beautiful children Zach and Megan there, as Bill‘s disease progressed the family moved to Cape Coral, FL in 2003, Bill said if he was gonna fall down, he’d rather do it in the sand rather than the snow. As a kid, Bill loved to go fishing with his dad and his brothers so much so he wants to be set free in his favorite place, Mille Lacs Lake in Northern Minnesota. Bill suffered greatly as his legs quit working and he spent his life bedbound since 2008. His doctor said he was an example to others who worry and complain about minor things, despite his body giving up on him, his willingness to live anyway made him a warrior and an inspiration. Bill was known as a mentor to multitudes of kids that were friends of his children. Many of whom considered him their second dad, even moving in with him and Teresa when they needed help. Bill was loved by everyone despite the days he was an angry asshole. We know he will laugh at this one, goodbye Bill you can run as fast as you want and never fall down again.
Bill is survived by spouse Teresa, Zachary Hutter; (Lindsey) Megan Hutter, daughter and his two grandsons, Ryder Hutter and Elijah Hutter.
