William Charles Park

Bill Park (never call him Charles or put an "S" on Park) left this world due to natural causes, he asked us to make up something more interesting. But we'll never be as creative as he was in his story telling. After leaving home at an early age, Bill being a determined self made person completed his GED. He held many interesting jobs including working for & retiring from Encore Computer Corporation as a Manufacturing Engineer. He assisted in the design of electronic components for the Apollo 11. He was apart of the design of items that are on the moon (Reach for the Moon Bill). Bill partnered with Richard Shourds & R&S Realty Group assisting in real estate investments in Fort Lauderdale & Plantation, & Pompano Beach FL. Bill was past President & Treasurer for Sawmill Charities, Pasco, FL. The last year of operation raised over $33,000. in donations.

Bill loved Elephants & Hummingbirds & enjoyed sharing his great collection. He had a passion for helping others & crocheting to pass his time away. Bill will be remembered by many friends to include Richard Shourds & Sonny Pillow.
