Barbara is survived by her children, Gail & Terry; grand-daughter, Dale Marie; sister, Mary Gates. Predeceased by her husband, Howard; brothers, Jake, John, Peter, Jacob, John & Joe Friedt; sisters, Pauline Freed, Lena Gress, Ann Friess & Katie Prest.
Memorial Service: 2:00 pm Saturday, September 27, 2014 from the Carlyle United Church with Rev. Sung Shim officiating. Interment in Glen Morris Cemetery.
