Billie is survived by her children, Jim (Carol), Ken, Don, Linda (Jimmy Quail). 20 grandchildren. 15 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents, Samuel & Margaret Johnstone; husband, Cecil; daughter, Elaine & and an infant son; sisters, Helen (Eric) Flett, Janet (Cliff) Sawyer, Betty (Ben) Kunz, Peggy (Henry) Slykhuis, Mary (Russ) Kyle, Addie (Alf) Zaremba.
Memorial Service: 2:00 p.m. Friday, December 19, 2014 from the Carlyle United Church with Rev. Sung Shim officiating. Interment in Glen Morris Cemetery.
