Our sympathy to you all. Your mom was quite a lady, hard worker, great cook, excellent musician, successful trapper and community volunteer. Loved hearing the stories of her trapping gophers, & attending the stock grower conventions She lived a long, good life & deserves her peaceful rest reunited with her loved ones.

Helen and Bryon. Mary and I always like to visit with your mom when we worked at the grocery store. She was one of our favourite customers! If only we could all garden and make jam like she did, you must have many great memories of your mom! Hoping you find peace when you look back on your mom’s well-lived life. She was an awesome person!

Hello Helen;
My cousin Ray Moore tells me of his "orchestra days" in the 50's when, I believe with Lloyd Pym, Irwin Moore, and your mother, he played drums in a band that entertained at Kenosee Gardens, Carlyle Town Hall dances (been there) , and other places in the '50's. He has always had so much respect and admiration for your mom; he's told me everyone did.
You and I met when I worked at Ranch Ehrlo for a short while, but I didn't know about the orchestra at that time.
With sincere sympathy and pleasure in knowing of this extraordinary woman.
