Jeannette E. Blackburn

Jeannette "Jeannie" Blackburn, age 46, of Carmel, IN passed on Tuesday, October 31, 2023. Jeannie was born Monday, February 21, 1977, In Wilmington, DE. She attended Mount Pleasant High School and graduated in 1995.

Above all, Jeannie loved to love on people. You’d never know if you knew her 20 seconds or 20 years. While working as a manager at Pepsico she was deeply cared for, never being just a boss or co-worker. It was impossible for Jeannie to take on just one role in life. Her mind was constantly creative, stepping out of the box every chance she got.

Jeannie always said her life was incredibly lucky and incredibly challenged being the mom of three strong willed girls just like her. She was a devoted mom of Rebecca, Cerianne and Emma. She worked hard to instill that her love was unwavering. There will always be family traditions, once in a life time trips and constant game nights we’ll never forget.

Jeannie was the cherished soulmate of Brett Blackburn. Their love began on May 31, 2015, it was defined by fate and was truly undeniable. Their love will forever be preserved in memories from world traveling, countless love letters, and funny stories. No measure of time together would have ever been enough.

Jeannie was also an adored mommom of Bentley and Grayson. Being a mommom lit up her world in a whole new way.

Knowing Jeannie you’d know you’d have no bigger warrior in your corner. She was a fighter for what she believed in, tenacious and ready for adventure. She loved hard and with all she had, she always laughed from deep inside and embraced every moment.
