Ken was always fun and full of enthusiasm. I would come over to visit him and friends and he would whisk me away to show me his newest computer that he had just built, or a guitar he was restoring, or a video game. I helped him install some huge speakers in the trunk of his Caprice Classic in the driveway of his parents house in West Lafayette, burying all of the wires under the carpets. I remember so many days of laughter. Halloween parties, 1980s parties, come visit the new kitten whose hiss and purr were cross-wired (Kyra, from the Dark Crystal). He was like another brother to me, and I'll forever miss his smile, his quiet wit, and his joy in so many things.

Ken was my good friend for decades, and was my right hand man at the business for 8 years as Dunes service manager. He was an excellent engineer, a pleasure to work with and our clients loved him. It was truly a privilege to work along side him and watch him grow and evolve as an IT professional over the years. His spirit is - and will always be - a part of the company. I really miss our daily pancake breakfasts, our daily adventures with work and riding Harleys together in the summer. Ken left an impression on everyone he encountered and always shared his knowledge and talent with anyone who needed a hand. He knew so much about so many things, and I’ve never met anyone with such a colorful background. We were very lucky to know Ken and extend our deepest sympathy to his family.

Ken, you were one of my greatest friends. Between school to now, we must have bantered off and on for the past 32 years. One thing I believe you taught me was to not take everything so seriously.

To Ken's family, I will remember Ken as a very funny, intelligent, and thoughtful person. He was a great friend and I wish all of you peace during this difficult time.

I remember Ken mostly as a boy. I can still see his young face. We went to school together through high school and became closer post graduation through church, where we’d see each other and catch up. He was always so smart and so sweet. I’m grateful he has such a wonderful family and that he is so loved. Bless you friend. My heart aches for you and your family but I’m holding up my fist in the name of all that is great and sending you the strongest vibes I’ve got.
