Marc Krieg

Marc Krieg, age 54, of Carmel, Indiana passed away on Saturday, August 28, 2021. Marc was born January 30, 1967 in Owensboro, Kentucky to Bobbie Jean Krieg and Larry Krieg. Marc worked for 24 years at Eli Lilly. He was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church where his love for coaching his sons’ football and baseball teams began. When his sons’ played football at Westfield high school he continued to be their biggest fan, never missing a game. Marc was always happiest with his family, enjoying the simple things in life. His favorites were Sunday dinners with everyone home and walking their dog, Carly, in the evenings. To the people that knew him he was a man of many words and stories and a surprising encyclopedia of rock and roll history. Marc is survived by his wife, Debbie Krieg; his son Nick Krieg (Kristin); his son Zach Krieg (Amy); and his son Ross Krieg; his father Larry Krieg and his mother Bobbie Jean Krieg; his brother Mike Krieg (Barbara), his brother Mitch Krieg (Natalie) and his sister Carrie Krieg (Kevin Bockhold). Visitation for Marc will be held Tuesday, August 31, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church, 14598 Oak Ridge Rd., Carmel, Indiana 46032. A Mass of Christian Burial will occur Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church with visitation prior from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
