With the heaviest of hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved son Thomas Michael Brough, age 28, who died at his home in Indianapolis, Indiana on October 24, 2025, after battling his whole life with profound disabilities due to severe cerebral palsy.
Despite his many health complications, Thomas was a joyful, social boy who loved music, dogs, his best friend Jamie Bensley, and bumpy rides in his wheelchair.
Thomas will always be remembered for his resilience, goofy laugh, impossibly happy smile, and the way he could disarm almost anyone with his joyful presence.
Thomas is deeply mourned by his surviving family and caregivers. A private service was held in Indianapolis, Indiana. In lieu of cards/flowers, donations to the Cerebral Palsy Foundation or the Indiana Canine Assistance Network are welcomed.
