

Angie was born in San Bartolomeo in Galdo, in the Province of Benevento, Campania, Italy, to Mafalda Iannantuono Del Buono and Costantino Del Buono. The family emigrated to the province of Quebec, Canada in 1952.
Angie attended French language schools until she was of high school age, then studied at a high school where all courses were taught in English. Angie entered McGill University in Montreal and graduated from there in1972 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in French literature. She was subsequently awarded a scholarship to University of Ottawa where she received a Certificate in Translation English-French.
Upon completion of her studies at uOttawa, Angie was hired by the Federal Government of Canada as a French/English translator, a position she held for ten years. Upon her marriage to James Keeley in 1986, Angie moved to Texas and later became a U.S. citizen. Until she decided to leave the work force in 2007, Angie worked in the Customer Service Department of Lennox international where she was the only quadrilingual employee.
A lifelong Catholic and daily Communicant, for years Angie devoted much time and treasure in support of her parish, fellow parishioners, seminarians, and priests at St. Catherine of Siena Parish in Carrollton and the Catholic Diocese of Fort Worth. She was particularly proud of her role in the return of singing at daily Mass.
Angie passed away peacefully at home, fortified by the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, her beloved husband of 23 years, James Keeley, her sister Josee and her brother Michel. She is survived by family and friends who loved her deeply and will remember her faith, generosity, intelligence, and devotion to those she served
The Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, 1705 E. Peters Colony Rd., Carrollton. Texas 75007 at a later date followed by the Rite of Committal at the National Cemetery, Dallas.
