Born on January 31, 1943 in Dallas,TX and passed away on September 23, 2013 in Coppell, TX. He graduated from South Oak Cliff H.S. in 1962 and was a U.S.A.F veteran. He was preceded in death by his parents A.V. Kinslow, Jr. and Jo Alta Rowe, and an infant daughter. He is survived by his wife Setsuko of 49 years; children Christine McGregor and Cathrine Kinslow; and 3 grandchildren.
