Billy was raised in Carrollton, TX where he attended Newman Smith High School and was a part of the graduating class of 2003. He later enlisted in the Army where he served for several years before his discharge.
Billy was always known for being kind hearted, reliable, having a strong spirit, and always willing to help someone in need. He enjoyed spending his free time playing video games and watching his favorite T.V. shows like The Walking Dead or Stranger Things.
A visitation for Billy will held on Sunday, November 2, 2025 from 12:00-4:00 pm followed by a Celebration of Life beginning at 4:00pm at Rhoton Funeral Home.
He is survived be his sister Melissa Diaz, brother Lee Montville, brother-in-law Tony Diaz, nephew Tony Diaz Jr., and nieces Consuelo Diaz, Isabelle Lora, and Gracie Nugent.
