Bobbie Wayne Largent, 83, of Farmers Branch, Texas, passed away November 1, 2016, in Farmers Branch. He was born July 17, 1933, in Chico, Texas, the son of Ernest Largent and Grace McPherson Largent. Bobbie married his wife of 61 years, Laura Bailey, on August 26, 1955, in Farmers Branch. He worked for TXI Inc. for 40 years as a scale mechanic. He was also a veteran of the US Army. Survivors include his wife, Laura Largent of Farmers Branch, TX; sons, Steven Largent of The Colony, TX and Clay Largent of Telico, TX; daughter, Brenda Victor of Midlothian, TX; brother, Turk Largent of Bowie, TX; 5 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be Friday, November 4, 2016, from 6pm until 8pm at Rhoton Funeral Home, 1511 South I35 E Carrollton, TX 75006. Services are scheduled for 10am Saturday, November 5, 2016, at First Baptist Church Hebron, 3000 Hebron Parkway, Carrollton, TX 75010, Burial will follow at Perry Cemetery in Carrollton, TX.
