Carl Phillip Allman, 57, of Grand Prairie, Texas, passed away July 24, 2016, in Carrollton, Texas. He was born February 23, 1959, in Dumas, Texas. Memorial Services are scheduled for 10am Monday, August 8, 2016, at First Baptist Church of Carrollton, 2400 N. Josey Ln., Carrollton, TX 75006.
