CeCe, as she was known, received her formal education mainly in Wisconsin. "Knowledge is Power." She was a "Jack of all trades and master of none." Obtained her Cosmetology Diploma, Child Care, and Business Management Certificate, and an Associate Degree in Medical Billing and Coding. "The Mind is a Terrible Thing to Waste".

From Ceylon - For those who are reading this. Thank you for anything you have given and done for me. If you made me laugh, thank you. If you made me cry, good or bad tears, thank you. If you were just there for me, for whatever, thank you.
God saw you getting tired and no earthly peace could be found, he put his arm around you and whispered, "Come with me". When we saw you so peacefully free from Pain, we would not wish you back with us again. All we can wish for is for God to treasure her in your paradise.
Ceylon was the most generous heart. She gave more than she ever received and touched the lives of countless people. The world was a better place with Ceylon being here, and her presence will be missed every day. But her spirit of pushing forward through pain is a lesson her children will carry to embody her spirit for the rest of their lives.
Ceylon leaves her husband, Michael of over 30 years. Her children are Phillip, Alexandria, and Mikiyah. Her siblings are Raimont, Corelette (Vicky), Verette and Jewelletta. Many nieces and her best friends, Camille, Pacita, Kerri and Tracy. Also, an endless number of lifelong friends, who will all feel the loss of her presence.
The Family of Ceylon Cochran - Lockett, with sincere appreciation, would like to thank you for your prayers and acts of kindness.
