Charles Odell Peters 94, of The Colony, Texas, passed away November 3, 2014, in Carrollton, Texas. He was born March 24, 1920, in Kaufman, Texas, the son of Bill Shaw Peters and Stella Beatrice Panky Peters. Mr. Peters was a veteran of the US Army. Burial will take place at Grove Hill Cemetery in Dallas, Texas.
