Dorothy Phillips was born on May 11, 1942 to John Phillips and Marion Phillips nee Macintosh in Scotland.

Dorothy Fisher will always be remembered as a wonderful mother, grandmother, and friend to all that knew and cared for her. She will also be remembered as a great companion to those she leaves behind at Briarview Memory Care Center.
