Jesse J Brown

Jesse was born November 18, 1929 to Jesse and Marita Brown in Tarrytown, New York. He joined the Air force in 1951 and was honorably discharged in 1955 at the end of the Korean War.

In 1952 Jesse met and married Betty Joan Scudder in Gainesville, TX. After the war he and his family settled in Farmers Branch, TX and later moved to Carrolllton, where he lived until he was called home by our savior.

Jesse worked as an airplane mechanic at Braniff Airlines until their closure in May of 1982. Later that year Jesse was employed at Love Field Dallas as a mechanic, where he retired in 1997. Jesse was a Christian and was affiliated with several Baptist Churches in the Farmers Branch-Carrollton area. Jesse believed in family and they were his passion.

Jesse is preceded in death by his beloved wife Betty, his mother Marita, father Jesse, sisters Geneva and Nancy and son-in-law Willard Teague. He is survived by his brother Charles Brown of Boone, North Carolina, daughter Debbie of Nashville, Arkansas, daughter Pamela and her husband Jackie R. Carroll of Emory, TX as well as 6 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
