Born in Tuscaloosa Alabama to Elias and Clara Donald, Joe was the fourth sibling out of seven.
He served in the US Army for 21 years and 15years as civil service at Reese AFB.
Joe was a compassionate man. He loved his family and God. He enjoyed outdoor activities like fishing and camping.
He was an assistant Boy Scout Master for the Boy Scouts of America in Lubbock. He loved spending time with family and friends. He participated in numerous activities at the VFW Post # 9168 as well at church- First Baptist Church of Carrollton.
He is survived by his wife Mai Donald of Carrollton of 51 years, 1 sister, 1 son, 4 daughters, 3 sons-in-law, 1 daughter-in-law, 8 grandkids and 6 great-grandkids.
