Judy was born in Mathis, Texas on December 28, 1961, to Edward and Elena Rodriguez. She graduated from Duncanville high school and continued to receive a Computer Information Technology degree from North Lake College. Judy was married to Richard Swink on June 22, 1985; they were married 39 years.
Judy worked as a Finance Coordinator and later as an IT Analyst. She enjoyed art history, architecture, as well as the performance and culinary arts.
Judy is survived by her husband Richard Swink, daughter Stevie Swink, and sister Mary Alice Sims.
A visitation for Judy is scheduled for Wednesday, August 7, 2024 from 5-9pm at Rhoton Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin on Thursday, August 8, 2024 at 10am at Rhoton Funeral Home followed by a Committal Service at Rolling Oaks Memorial Park.
