Ms. Leetta L Bass

She attended grade school in Prosper, Tx and graduated from Frisco High School in 1956. She attended Rutherford Business College at night while working for The First National Bank of Dallas. She worked for 15 years for Sears. She was a member of First Assembly Church since 1969 and worked as their secretary for 15 years.

Leetta became a Christian at an early age and was baptized in Lake Dallas. She attended church all her life and joined the Victorious Life Church in 1969. She served the church in many of the different departments.

She was friendly, dependable, honest, and thoughtful. She enjoyed housework, scrap booking, shopping for gifts, estate sales and eating out with family and friends.

She married Woodrow (Gene) Bass on March 18th 1966. They have lived in Carrollton, for over 60 years.

Leetta is survived by her husband, Gene Bass, a stepdaughter Lisa Winegeart. Her nieces Debbie Scoggins of Pilot Point, Karen Hughes of Carrollton, and Ashley Bostic of Grapevine. Also, nephews Scott Wilson of China Springs and Sam Bostic in California. Also, several great nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Darlene Wilson, her brother Eldon Bostic and her brother Douglas Bostic.
