

In the two weeks before her passing, she had countless friends and family visit her. Recalling old memories, making her laugh, cry, and feel loved.
Dayzee was preceded in death by her father, Kenneth Mangham. Surviving are her husband, Dustin Dykes of Carrollton, TX; her mother, Leona Tryon of Holly Lake Ranch, TX; her sister, Lori McDonald, and her husband, Mark of Wills Point, TX. As well as Aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
Dayzee was born at Baylor Hospital in Dallas on 6-7-1965 to the late Kenneth Mangham and Leona Tryon.
She learned to read early on by watching her father work on race cars and reading the stickers he put on them. She went to Nimitz High School, played basketball and volleyball, rode horses, played the saxophone, and loved riding dirt bikes.
Dayzee received her associate’s degree in business administration from the Bradford School of Business.
She worked at Statement Systems from 1998 to 2025, starting as a data processor and advancing to the Manager of 2 departments. While employed at Statement Systems, she attended Sterling Massage Academy and became a Licensed Massage Therapist. For the last 13 years, she has worked part-time as a Licensed Massage Therapist, “Touch by Dayzee”, and in the last 2 years, she has started working full-time in her massage business. She found great joy helping people with her massage.
On May 15th, 2015, she married Dustin Dykes in a small, perfect wedding.
She didn’t have any children but treated her three dogs like children and spoiled them constantly. (Harley-Quinn, Ruby, and Brooks). Her money went to rock concerts and anything for the dogs. She loved to cook and was known for her pepperoni bread and hoppin' John recipe. She was known for her booming laughter, infectious smile, youthful joy, kind heart, and the ability to make friends wherever she went.
A Celebration of Life will be held from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Saturday, November 15th, 2025, at the Gussie Field Watterworth Park- Pavilion. Farmers Branch, TX 75234. A time to share stories, memories of her unique and one-of-a-kind life.
